I’m a dual Board-Certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 25 years of experience caring for individuals across all stages of life. With a strong foundation in both family medicine and mental health, I approach care through a whole-person lens recognizing that emotional well-being, physical health, and life experiences are deeply connected.
